12 Esferas is a fully improvised vocal concert led by Juan Andrés Ospina, conceived as a large-scale live experience in which a vocal ensemble creates twelve real-time improvisations inspired by the signs of the zodiac. The concert moves fluidly between virtuosic vocal interplay, lyrical intimacy, abstract textures, comic moments and expansive choral climaxes.
Through gesture, listening and spontaneous composition, structure, harmony and form are shaped live on stage, often incorporating audience participation and poetic fragments that emerge in the moment. The result is a dynamic and unpredictable concert format that balances risk and precision, creating a singular, unique and immersive live experience.
